Sally Pasley Vargas shares the recipe to make these gorgeous gems and you can make them with just sugar so you can see the pretty red color or coat them in chocolate or even do both as she did. I need to try these as I love jelly candies. My favorites are raspberry jellies but I just about know this will be scrumptious as well.
