Meladoras Creations shares the pattern, instructions and 2 videos (for either right handed folks or left handed) to help you make your own afghan. She says the patter will fit a twin or full size bed but that you can make it any size you want. This is done a little differently in that it is made in strips rather than squares. I have done granny squares before but never am afghan made of strips like this.
I love the variegated yarn she used in the center of each strip, it makes the afghan really pop with color, especially with the white bordering the color all over the afghan. You could use this stitch to make pillow covers and they would be really sharp in colors that match the bed clothes.
