Crock Pot Pasta Sauce

Set the crock pot up before work and come home to sauce all ready to pour over your pasta. It will make a quick dinner. I love crock pot meals that cook themselves while I am away. This one is nice because you could actually double or triple the recipe (as long as it will fit in your crock pot) and then freeze for a second and third quick and easy meal. You could even make this on the weekend and freeze for use during the week. Old World Garden farms shares this recipe for delicious slow cooked pasta sauce.
