I love this type of recipe for breakfast for a couple of reasons. One I am not really a morning person. All those cartoons you see where its give me my coffee and no one gets hurt. Yeah thats me. The other reason I like this type of recipe is because when I want to have breakfast with my family, I enjoy sitting at the table with them to eat at the same time, not after I am finally done cooking and they have already left. This is made in the crockpot so it is all done at the same time. You also load the crockpot the night before so you don’t have to be super functional in the morning.
