When I saw this recipe for rhubarb swirl popsicles I rushed outside to see if I can squeeze another couple of cups of rhubarb out of my plants. I think I can and now I am itching to get to the store to pick up some coconut milk so I can try these rhubarb swirl popsicles. They looks gorgeous and since they are non dairy almost anyone could enjoy them. Hungry Girl Pro Vida shares the recipe and says that for the prettiest color to use the reddest rhubarb. Mine isn’t super red but she says it will still taste just as good. I can’t wait to try these. For even more great popsicle recipes check out, 33 Super-Cool Popsicles To Make This Summer.
