Deboning & Smoking Trout Quick & Easy

There is nothing worse that getting a bone in your mouth while eating fish. To me that is the limit and I can’t finish the fish. The same if I get a hair in my mouth, my stomach says yuck and I am done.  Watch this video to see how to debone trout as you smoke it, then you may be able to eat trout if you catch some.
