At my house we love breakfast skillets like this one from Mr. Food on weekends. I love that I can make it all in one skillet yet feed 3 or more and still be able to sit down and eat with them instead of after I have cooked and served and everyone has left the table when I am finally done.
What I don’t like is paying the price for frozen hash browns from the store freezer. I had seen how to dehydrate cut up potatoes but not hash browns. Then I went searching and I found a tutorial on dehydrating hash browns. I am so glad because it will mean that I always have hash browns on hand and they won’t cost an arm and won’t take up space in my freezer. Thanks to Debra we can all make our own dehydrated hash browns.
