Dehydrate Refried Beans

Video shows how to dehydrate refried beans. How to wilderness shows how with canned beans. I dehydrate refried beans the same way except I cook and refry my beans rather than buying canned beans.

Its easy to make your own beans and it costs less to cook a pot of beans than to buy a bunch of cans.
When I use the dehydrated beans to make tostadas and other dishes I like to add some cheese to them, I will add grated if I have any in the fridge and if not I will add some dehydrated cheese to them.

The beans and cheese rehydrate well together and I think the cheese gives the beans a good flavor.
