Your favorite Crispy Tortilla Chips
green bell pepper, seeds removed, diced
onion, diced
black olives, sliced
pepperoni, cut into bite-sized pieces
garlic cream sauce (See Recipe below)
Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Garlic Cream Sauce:

unsalted butter
olive oil
garlic, minced
heavy cream
2% milk
Parmesan cheese, grated
Generous pinch of salt
Generous pinch of black pepper
Very small pinch of red chili flakes
