I know a lot of folks only eat cranberry anything at the holiday meal but this delicious salad could be eaten as a side or even as a dessert all fall long. It is made with the fresh cranberries, pineapple, Flaked coconut, mini marshmallows and sour cream or Greek yogurt. Some sugar and chopped pecans and you have some delicious stuff going on here.
