If you need some closet space check out this diy closet space for a little over 200 dollars. You will have space for hanging clothes, accessories/shoes and drawers for folded clothing. This is a great diy project and would be perfect in a room that has no closet of a small closet. It would also be good just about anywhere you made need extra storage space.
I would love it in my laundry room and another in my basement for out of season clothing. Anna White shares the plan for and says that by using some scrap lumber she built it for about 230 dollars. That is a really good price for all of the space you have when the project is finished. I even like the plan just for storage without the poles for hanging clothes. I could add more shelves there instead of the poles and really have a lot of space to put things.
Built that way this would be awesome in a sewing room. It could hold tons of material, and all your notions, trims, by adding dividers in a drawer you would even have a place for all of your patterns. It is a great plant the way it is but could be changed up a little to make a storage organizer instead of a closet. Either way you go, organizer or closet for a little over 200 dollars its a great project.
