Yumm the smell of baking bread has to be one of the best smells in the world. I love homemade bread, the taste, the smell and the way the butter melts on it when it still warm but who has hours to bake bread?

Life is busy, sometimes it is a major accomplishment just to make dinner much less home made bread but this recipe makes it possible because it only takes and hour. So I can make dinner, wash dishes and have bread in the oven by then end of my time in the kitchen. Pure awesomeness!
