DIY Mason Jar Bird Feeder

If you love watching the birds in your backyard you might like to make this diy mason jar bird feeder or multiples to attract even more birds to visit. I like that the squirrels would not be able to easily access the seeds. Which reminds me of a video I saw the other day. If you have your feeders on those poles with hooks (shepherds hooks?) or what ever they are called. I saw a video where a lady was having problems with squirrels and her bird feeders. So she attached a slinky to the pole up at the hook and it was around the pole so she must have put it on the pole before it went into the ground. So the squirrel would climb the pole but when it got to the slinky it got promptly lowered right back down, and that solved the problem for her.
