DIY Solar Thermal Hot Water

For folks that are off grid or thinking about going off grid. Nice how to from Steve on The Sietch site showing how to heat water with the sun. I suppose this would probably not work in places that get super cold in the winter, although I guess you could insulate the coil well and still possibly get hot water on sunny days, in milder temperatures this could supply all your hot water needs. A simple to follow how to on setting up this solar water heater. Steve says it only cost him about 30 dollars to build which is very economical and would make it even more worth doing.
