You can build this one yourself and get a gorgeous door for under 100 dollars. Re Cottage Chronicles shares the tutorial for building this Chippendale style wood screen door so that others can build one of their own. I love that pattern on it. I wonder if you could do window shutter to match. I think you probably could or at least something close and how awesome would that look, matching screen door and shutters.

This door looks like it would stay around for a long time and I really like a wooden screen door over aluminum. They just seem more inviting. You could probably use the bottom half of this door as a pattern for a baby or pet gate too and it would look a lot nicer than bars that are on most of them. What ever you decide to make this diy wood screen door looks great and would cost less that buying a new door so its a winner in my book.
