Dianeabroad shares how to dry your citrus as you use the fruit and then keep it in small bottles so you can add it to dishes . I love this idea of just have the dried zest on hand from the fruit we use instead of having to zest a fruit every time a recipe calls for zest plus the not wasting of the zest while eating the fruit.
