Ingredients:

1/4 cup wild rice

1/4 cup dehydrated Potato Flakes

1/4 cup dehydrated Corn Kernels

1/4 cup dehydrated Sweet Peas

1/4 cup Instant Black Beans

1/4 cup dehydrated sliced Carrots

1 Tablespoon onion flakes

1/2 Tablespoon of garlic powder

1/4 cup vegetable bouillon

1/2 Tablespoon parsley flakes

3/4 cup dehydrated vegetable mix

Directions:

In a quart size wide mouth mason jar, layer the ingredients individually as listed above.

Screw lid on the quart size mason jar.

Include Cooking Instructions on a small piece of paper and add clear tape to side of the mason jar.

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in big soup pot and 7 cups water.

Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes to remove any toxins from beans, then reduce heat. Add 14 oz canned diced stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours til beans are tender. Adjust seasoning to your family’s tastes.

Makes 8 ½ cups
