Nice recipe for pickling veggies that will go into the fridge and last for weeks. If you like a pickled vegetable that is both tangy and has a hint of sweetness this recipe is for you. I love that they are pickled and jarred for the fridge and not processed because they will stay crunchier. If you have carrots coming from the garden or find them on a good sale you can make a couple of jars to have on hand at your house. You can do all sorts of vegetables this way.
