Eating Eggs Every Day Offers Many Benefits

I remember years ago when they said we should limit our egg intake to only 3 per week. I wondered then if they were so bad for you, how did so many people from years ago manage to live after eating eggs every single day for breakfast. Now it seems that it is actually beneficial to eat eggs every day, unless you have allergies to them. According to the video eating eggs every morning will protect your eyesight, make bones stronger, raise your good cholesterol and can even help you to lose weight because they stay with you. They explain how the components  of the egg work with out cells with the protein they contain. They also tells us about the vitamins and minerals in eggs.

They also contain nine amino acids that our  bodies need. They are loaded with protein which is a much better start to your day than a breakfast loaded with carbs. When you eat carbs for breakfast they will burn up fast and you will be hungry again soon while eating protein keeps you feeling full longer. I was really glad to see that the  egg has made a come back to the breakfast table, although it never left mine and makes appearances  at dinner quite often as well as breakfast. Eggs are about the lest expensive protein you can buy and they are so versatile you can work them into many meals.
