Extend the life of kids jeans – patch those knees with monsters. Here is a really cute way to extend the life of your kids pants and jeans when they are in that stage that no pair makes it past the first couple of weeks with a knees being torn open. Sew a little monster as a patch and keep those pants working till they are outgrown and even then maybe they could be passed down.
I know when I was a kid I was forever falling and skidding the knees out of my pants and one of my girls was the same way. They did have iron on patches but they are not cute and no one really wants to wear them but what youngster wouldn’t love to have monsters on their knees.
My grandson saw this and he wants monsters on his pants and they don’t even have holes. With what seems like everything going up in price this is a nice way to not have to buy new pants every month while the kids get through that stage. Living Locurto shares the tutorial.
