Feed Your Meat Rabbits A More Natural Diet

If you are raising rabbits for meat, you may want to feed your rabbits a more natural diets so that you can avoid gmo grains and other things. A lot of the pellet foods you can buy to feed rabbit with had gmo grain by products in them along with animal products.

Rabbits don’t eat other animals so why is it even in the pellets? Most folks that are raising meat rabbits are doing so to get away from farmed meat that is full of gmos, antibiotics, hormones and other stuff we really don’t want to eat. Feeding a more natural diet to your rabbits will keep these things out of their food and thus out of our meat. As an added bonus if you grow or forage the more natural foods you can save money over feeding the pellets.

Most of us will still need to supplement with the pellets but at least feeding more natural foods to the rabbits will make a healthier meat and save us money of feed.
