This looks so good and I think it would appeal to pretty much anyone because the pancake would be a little sweet but the fillings are savory. I love dishes that are both savory and sweet. Carina Forum shares this Finnish recipe. Her blog is chock full of recipes that are a little different than what you normally expect and I really like the differences. While I love pancakes with syrup this looks like it would be a really good entree for lunch or dinner.
