Here are two videos of folks living off grid. The first is a video of a family of musicians that moved out to the wilderness in Michigan, built a cabin and now live there with no electricity,phone or any other modern conveniences. The second is a video of Myskox who built a small earth sheltered home in Scandinavia and actually lived in it through the winter. For anyone thinking of going off grid for little money these videos can give you some ideas. While I found both of them interesting I think I will keep my heat and electricity as long as I can. I think I am a too old to live off grid.
