If you would like some help with carving your pumpkins this year, check out these free printable pumpkin carving stencils. These will make it much easier to get creative with your carving. I wish I had these when my kids were little. They were always so excited to carve their pumpkins but we were not very good at creative carving. Most of the time we were lucky to just get some faces carved.
With these stencils shared by Reader’s Digest yours can be a little better than mine ever were. They have 27 different stencils so you are sure to find something in the collection to inspire you. Here is a tip for you. After you carve the pumpkin, mix a tablespoon of bleach into a gallon of water and dip the carved pumpkin in it. The bleach will kill any fungus or bacteria on the pumpkin and it will keep much longer.
