This is a great recipe that doesn’t contain egg or dairy products and can be made up in big batches and kept in the fringe for 3 days or in the freezer for three months and if you make the full recipe you will have a large batch of dough, enough to make 5 pizzas. It makes about four pounds of dough but there is also a recipe that has been cut in half if you don’t think you can use all of it within the three months. Kitchen Nostalgia shares the recipe and says you can use it for anything like, pizza, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, pretzels, garlic knots, focaccia, bread, etc.
I love this because you could make the dough on say Saturday when you were off work and then on Sunday you could use some to make cinnamon rolls, use some during the week to make dinner rolls to go with dinner and still be able to use some on Friday to make pizza for dinner. I have a recipe for pizza dough I use to make barbecue chicken pizza which is my favorite pizza but I am going to try this dough recipe and see if it works as well because I like the idea of making a large batch and having it waiting in the freezer.
