Wow! She cooked for four hours and ended up with 46 meals to put in the freezer. I love these kinds of cook fests, not so much while its happening but what a joy to be able to pull it out of the freezer another day when I am too tired or too busy to cook.
If you have a deep freeze and its not full, imagine how great it would be to do this and have these almost instant home cooked meals just waiting for when you need them.
