If you have corn to freeze, this is the best method I have ever used. I found the recipe at Homesteading At Redtailridge a couple years ago and have been using this method ever since. The corn when you thaw and heat it tastes exactly the same as the day you froze it. Like fresh picked corn. I had tried different methods through the years both cutting it off the cob and leaving it on but this is the one I use every single time now and will never freeze corn any other way again. The corn is really yummy if after you thaw it you add it to a hot iron skillet with a tablesppon or two of bacon grease and sort of stir fry it till it browns a little. It is so good you can make a meal out of it.
