Smoothies are a creamy version of a juicing recipe. Most smoothies are made with either yogurt, milk or ice cream as a base ingredient then adding different fruit combinations and sweeteners.
Tool : A Blender
1 1/2 cups Organic Strawberries
3/4 of Yogurt (If you do not like Yogurt – replace it with Orange Juice)
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Honey
1 cup Ice Cubes
Optional – Sliced Banana, Blueberries
