Great tutorial from Heavenly Homemakers on how to make your own frozen hashbrowns to save some money and always have some on hand when you need them. I love this idea because I find good deals on potatoes usually when I have a ten pound bag at home already. So this way I can buy the good deals and make hashbrowns for the freezer plus save money not buying the frozen hashbrowns from the store. Win win! If you ever need to make some hashbrowns from raw potatoes, grate them then roll them up in a towel and twist the whole towel into a super tight twist to ring as much of the juice from the potatoes out before frying and they will crisp up.
