Make Your Own Fruit Press

Fall is on its way and if you have apple trees you might like to build this press to press the fruit for juice and cider. Apples must be pulped before pressing to get all the juice but it is so good and so much better than what comes from the store all clear and watered down looking. Fresh pressed juice is cloudy and full of the teeny tiny bits of apple. If you want to make cider you can add yeast and an air lock till the yeast is gone for great homemade cider.   Free plans to build your own fruit press offered by The gift of wine. I love fresh pressed cider and would love to be able to press my own.
