Gorgeous Fried Potato Roses

Make these fried potato roses for your next dinner party or pot luck and wow the other guests. These are so pretty and you could serve them with almost anything. I can picture them on a dinner plate with a nice steak or fish but I can see them along side a burger or hot dog as well. I saw a couple different posts around the web and some say it is easier to cut them super thin if you parboil the potatoes first.

The thinner you can slice the crisper they will be. These in the picture almost look like potato chips but I wouldn’t mind them a little thicker sort of like steak fries rather than super crispy. Either way they make an awesome presentation. Cool Creativity shares the pictorial.
