Green Lemonade Juicing Recipe & It’s Benefits

Ingredients:
1  Lemon – you can leave the peel on if you choose but remove the seeds
1 cup Spinach – be sure to thoroughly wash each leaf because dirt can get trapped in the bunch
2 Green Apples – remove core and seeds
1/2 cup Blueberries – naturally sweeten the recipe

Juicing is the quickest way to get the most amount of vitamins and nutrients into a person’s body.

My personal advice:  check with your doctor about juicing if you have diabetes because of the natural amount of sugars.  Everyone else: drink any juicing recipe three times a week and see how good you feel and try to notice how much your immune system becomes stronger.

Lemons are alkalizing for the body: Lemons are acidic to begin with but they become alkaline-forming to body fluids helping to restore balance to the body’s pH. Lemons a rich in vitamin C and they are beneficial to helping the liver cleanse toxins from the body.

Apples have a high content of vitamin K which is essential in anchoring calcium in bones, making it important to bone health.

Spinach has a high amount of neoxanthin and violaxanthin which helps the body with anti-inflammatory properties. It is high in vitamin A.

Blueberries have more antioxidants than any other fresh fruits or vegetables, that is why they are often called a super food. Anthocyanin in found in blueberries and has been tested that it slows down the loss of vision.  Also high in manganese, which plays an important role in bone development so they are a great snack for children.
