Did you know you can grow ginger in a pot. You sure can, just buy some healthy looking ginger root from the grocery store and then let Hot to grow stuff give you the directions for growing and harvesting it.
I love to grate fresh ginger into the pan when I brew my tea. It makes the tea taste just as good as those expensive single bottles from the store. I also add fresh squeezed lemon which makes it even better. I usually keep my ginger in the freezer and just grate what I need but after seeing how beautiful ginger in bloom looks I am going to grow some in a pretty pot.
