With a hoop house you can grow at least some greens for you fresh needs in the winter.
East Coast Living tells you how and gives us a list of which veggies will grow in a hoop house. There are a few herbs, greens, root veggies and alliacea (onion,garlic,leeks)
So we don’t have to totally wait for spring.
