Grow Your Own Pepper Seedlings

If you like to grow peppers why not start them from seed indoors instead of buying the plants from the garden center. This is a great way to grow loads of peppers for a lot less expense. I know buying garden plants can really add up so I try to start as many as I can on my own to save. Peppers are pretty easy and if you like a variety of peppers it is way cheaper to grow your own seedlings.

You can grown a dozen bell peppers and a dozen jalapeno and even a couple dozen other varieties for what one or two plants of each would cost. Get Busy Gardening walks you through all the steps to grow your own pepper seedlings.

One thing I never do is plant sweet peppers next to hot peppers because I have had my sweet peppers end up being hot peppers, I guess it is all in the company they keep lol.
