HAMBURGER ROCKS For Food Storage

Hamburger Rocks are “small chunks of cooked, dehydrated fresh beef.” It is a great way to save freezer space and have the ground beef on hand for recipes when needed.

Once dehydrated and sealed in a jar the beef will keep up to a year.

This is a great way to take advantage of sales without using all of your freezer space. The dried hamburger is fine for anything you would make browned ground beef for such as sauces, tacos, spaghetti and casseroles.

The best part is that once dehydrated, 6 pounds of beef will fit in one quart jar and keep for a couple of years.
