Hamburgers Skillet Fried Barbecued Vintage Recipe - The Homestead Survival - Cooking



1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 cup soft bread crumbs

3/4 cup cold milk

1 large onion, Peeled and Grated

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon sage

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon allspice

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons vinegar

1-3 cup catsup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper




Combine ingredients and form into patties. Brown on both sides in skillet or broiler, turning to brown both sides. Reduce the heat and allow the patties to cook through slowly. Makes 6 servings.
