All healthy and delicious. I am going to tell you something that happened in my family with chia seeds. Before i do as you know I am not a doctor nor in the medical field. That said, I read about how healthy chia seeds are a long time ago and when my mother started having high cholesterol I suggested she start her day with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
You can mix them in a glass of water and drink them straight down or she likes to put hers in her mouth and then drink water to swallow them. The next year when she had her physical her cholesterol levels were perfect. I was pretty sure the chia seeds did it but how do you prove it? Well a couple of years later my husband had high cholesterol levels at is annual.
So I had him start taking chia seeds too. He also prefers putting the seeds in him mouth and then swallowing with water. Guess what? His next physical the cholesterol levels were also perfect. Now as I said I am no doctor but if I ever have high reading I can guarantee the first thing I will do is start eating chia seeds every morning.
As for these chia pudding recipes, what am awesome way to eat something so healthy. Thanks to Simply Quinoa sharing the recipes we can enjoy these every day.
