Herbs and stepping stones, to keep the herbs from taking over, along with veggies and even a bean plant on a trellis. I love this awesome herb garden from Rose and rust. It looks so nice and since the herbs are each in their own square it stays all nice and tidy. It is out n the back along side the pool.
If you look at all the pictures she even has beans and other veggies growing in the squares. I may lay out an herb garden like this come spring. I really do love it. Great idea.
