Herbs You Can Grow For Hygienic Use

If you want to get away from spending money on soap and other hygiene products here is information to help you do it. A lot of herbs can be used for hygiene and we can grow them and then dry and store them or most can be bought dried to have in or at home supplies. The Survival Mom shares three herbs that will serve as replacements for soap, toothpaste and deodorant.  If you have sensitive skin you can also steep a couple of teaspoons of Chamomile in a cup of hot water and use it to both cleanse and tone your skin. You can steep Rosemary in hot water and use as an herbal rinse for hair to help smooth split ends and damaged hair. Neem can be used as an aid for acne and dandruff.  So you can take you hygiene back to natural with these herbs. While not all of them will grow in every area almost all of them can be purchased as a dried herb and then steeped in hot water for use.
