* Cure heartburn by adding a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to one cup of warm water and stir. Drink it all and do not lay down for ten minutes. Be prepared to let out one large burp, lol. Heartburn will vanish within minutes.
* Get rid of hiccups – swallow one to two teaspoons of sugar. The dry granules stimulate and reset the irritated nerve that is causing the spasms of the diaphragm.
*To reduce an high fever (above 102°F), take a tepid bath, which simply cools the body to match the water temperature. Bathe until your temperature decreases to 101° to 102°F and seek medical attention.
* Deflate flatulence by chewing on peppermint leaves three times daily. Peppermint kills bacteria that cause bloating and relaxes gastrointestinal muscles for smoother spasm free digestion. If you do not enjoy green peppermint leaf bits in your teeth, add one drop of peppermint essential oil to a small cup of tea.
* Eliminate or fend off foot odor with the daily routine of soaking your feet in mixture 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water in a plastic tub or foot bath. Another way to rid yourself of odoriferous bacteria is to soak your feet daily in strong black tea that is only slight warm for 30 minutes. Black tea has natural tannins that kills bacteria.
