Homemade Baklava Recipe

If you love baklava then you know it is always pretty pricey to buy. I see it sometimes for 2 dollars per piece and those pieces are not very big. Now you can make a whole 10 x 16 cookie sheet of baklava at home and I am pretty sure it is not going to cost 2 dollars per piece. Ron Mikulak on the Courier Journal shares the recipe and says this baklava recipe will serve a large party but you can also freeze it for up to three months and just pull out the amount of pieces you feel you will need at a time. This would be a good recipe if you had a big party planned because you could make a couple of pans and freeze the baklava well ahead of time so you would have more time for other parts of the party preparations.
