This project is fairly easy to take on seeing as it requires very little time and skill to accomplish. This towel rack project is also on the cheap side and can be completed with limited quantity of tools available.

The first step involves is cutting up the wood to required specifications for making the rods. The wood is painted and finished properly for both aesthetics and protection.

The frame is next to be done, and cheap whitewood wood is the source of choice here, although it could have been any other piece of wood seeing as it will still be painted and it is not one of those projects requiring too much high quality materials.

Freehand curves have been etched into the top and bottom of the wooden frame so the end product does not appear too boxy.

Assembling the frame and rods come next and the rods go into holes that have been drilled into the frames for this purpose. Painting comes next and the ropes are added in after this to prevent objects from falling off the rack.

The project is simple enough and can be done with one or two alterations to the original.
