Have you ever eaten cookie butter? It is really good. I haven’t had cookie butter but I have had Biscoff cookie spread and it is really good so I think this one would be delicious too.
It would probably a lot healthier since it is made with almonds. It also have gingersnaps and salt and thats it unless you opt to add spices like cinnamon or ginger. So with only three ingredients and a food processor you can be eating your own cookie butter in just a few minutes.
Have some on toast or a toasted bagel. I think it would be incredible swirled into some homemade ice cream too. Jessica In The Kitchen shares the recipe. You could probably use it to replace the biscoff in these Biscoff Stuffed Pumpkin Mini Muffins and they would be delicious.
