For busy hard working people, it is not easy task to come home and cook a proper meal for some very hungry and impatient children. The prospect of coming home after a long tiring day to make a large elaborate meal is quite exhausting compared to a quick pre sliced, diced and seasoned meal that just needs to be cooked.

What you can do is stock and prepare all the ingredients for a recipe and put it in airtight bags into your freezers. This article gives a recipe for a stir-fry freezer meal.
What you can do is basically chop up all your vegetables and boil them up. Cook the chicken with some salt and pepper and put both the vegetables and the chicken in two different air tight ziplock bags into your freezer. Place one ziplock bag inside the other one. When it is time to serve the meal just take out all the ingredients, throw everything together, add a bit of spices and you’re done. Easy isn’t it? You can also make the process of preparing the ingredients fun by doing it as a group activity with friends and exchanging recipes.
