Homemade Herbed Farmer’s Cheese

Without the herbs in India it is called paneer and is sometimes pressed with a heavy weight for up to three hours, then cut into cubes and used in curries. This recipe calls for less pressing, usually about twenty minutes for a lighter fluffier cheese. This type of cheese doesn’t melt but is very good and can be sliced to put of crackers and with the herbs used makes it very tasty.
