Homemade Lemon Squares Bars Vintage Recipe

Mix together these ingredients:

2 Cups Flour

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Oleo

Directions:

Pat in greased 13×9 pan.

Bake 350° – 15 minutes

Mix together these ingredients:

Beat 3 Eggs

2 Cups Sugar

Pinch Salt

Add the juice of 2 Lemons

Add zested rind of one Lemon

4 Tablespoons Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder…sift together

Pour over baked bottom and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Run a knife around the edge while warm after baking.

Dust with powdered sugar.
