I think most folks have had lemon curd so you will know what this would be like since it is very similar except it is made with passion fruit juice instead of lemon juice and it sounds totally amazing. If you know someone that loves passion fruit this is the gift for them. Once made you keep it in the fridge and it will be good for a couple of weeks, if it lasts that long.
