Homemade pomegranate and cranberry bruschetta is such a bright dish. While this recipe was recommended for Thanksgiving I think it would be great for Valentines day that is coming up. The pretty red color of the pomegranate and cranberry is perfect for the day. While the gorgeous fruit sits on a cream cheese on crostini. The fruit zings with the addition od serrano peppers and green flecks of basil to make this not only very pretty to look at but to give your mouth a variety of ingredients that burst with flavor.

I have seen a variety of methods that different folks use from sectioning the pom first to getting the seeds out under water. Her method is different and looks super easy and much less messy than some ways.
