Come take a look into this homemade recycled glass jar greenhouse tour that was created by a frugal homesteader who re uses a variety of different clear glass jars as the main building supply. Clear glass jars with the labels removed create walls that capture sunlight, the jar lids are used in the greenhouse flooring and lumber to frame in the structure.
There such a variety of different climates throughout the United States, that this project may not work due to extreme hot and/or freezing temperatures. Honestly, I was hoping to provoke conversation that the readers could debate the pro’s and the con’s.
